I have/had a wallet (Blockchain.info) containing 2 bitcoin addresses. One address contained 0.33 BTC.

Yesterday when I wanted to access my wallet, for whatever reason, I couldn't remember my password, so I thought, no issue, I just can re-enter my wallet using my 12 words, so I did. I tried to recover my wallet with these 12 words and I was given 'another' wallet (another wallet ID I mean). This worked but now it would only contain one of the two addresses I had. The address with the funds in it (0,28BTC) is no longer there? I can manually import it, but then it has the status 'READ ONLY' as if it wasn't my address. IF I would have the private key, something I never saw anywhere so I didn't save it) I could recover the address.

Can someone explain me / help me how I can recover my funds?

Extra Info: now I do remember the old password from the first wallet. Does this wallet ID even still exist? I tries to access it but it isn't linked anymore to my email address so I cannot approve the login attempt.

Please help ! If you are able to help me in a way that unlocks my funds I will give you 500 EURO in CASH ! No BTC but real money.

Make sure you back up your wallet regularly! Unlike a bank account, nobody can help you if you lose access to your BTC.

Are you sure you correctly written down your 12 word seed phrase and didn't mix up a few words or misstyped something?
Additionally it is pretty strange that your email is no longer attached to your account. But this account should still exist and therefore a login should be possible.
You should contact the blockchain.info support for instructions how to regain access to your wallet.

If you get access to your wallet again i would highly recommend to use a wallet where you have the control over your private keys and therefore your money.
Doesn't matter whether a desktop, mobile or hardware wallet. Each of these is safer / more secured as an online wallet.

are you sure that 12 words phase is your wallet? It can be your another wallet.

Extra Info: now I do remember the old password from the first wallet. Does this wallet ID even still exist? I tries to access it but it isn't linked anymore to my email address so I cannot approve the login attempt.
You can try input your email on here https://blockchain.info/wallet/#/reminder . It will give your wallet id to your email. Maybe you put the wrong wallet id(?)

I can manually import it, but then it has the status 'READ ONLY' as if it wasn't my address. IF I would have the private key, something I never saw anywhere so I didn't save it. I could recover the address.

Did you still remember your wallet address right? And if you still have 12 words that you sure its for your wallet. Then you can try use this https://iancoleman.io/bip39/ . Use it offline, dont use it online! You can input your 12 words in here and you can try to find your wallet address on there. it will show your address and private key. Hope this will help

And this is precisely the reason that Electrum does NOT let you import private keys into a seeded wallet...

You have restored an HD wallet, but your 12 word recovery phrase, was only backing up the wallet address with no/little funds... It would appear that the address WITH the funds was an imported private key that is not able to be recreated by the recovery seed. Undecided

There is one thing you should try before giving up tho... try using an OFFLINE copy of: https://iancoleman.io/bip39/

Put your 12 word seed in, click the BIP44 tab and then have a look through the generated addresses looking for one that matches the address with 0.28 BTC. I would probably not bother looking any further than the first 100.

If you don't find them there, change the "External/Internal" value to 1... so the Derivation Path should read as m/44'/0'/0'/1 and see if you can find the address there... again probably not worth looking past 100.

If that doesn't work, you'll probably need to contact b.info support and ask them for assistance.

Hi, yes the 12 words are correct. About the email, I did this https://blockchain.info/wallet/#/reminder and now it shows 4 Wallet ID-s (the ones that were created after I lossed the password, generated with the 12 words with only 1 address in it. Why 4? Because I tried 4 times to recover my wallet (read: FUNDS)

But the initial, first wallet ID doesn't show anymore. I have tried to contact Blockchain.info but there is no reply. It is very very busy there I assume...
