Same problem. 3 days ago I withdrawal ETH from my Bitstamp account to my CEX account, but still no ETH in my CEX account. Already opened a ticket, but no reply from the support of CEX. Only automated messages.

Yes, my problem is solved eventually.
It took for almost 8 days and the transfer is completed succesfully.

If anybody encounters with the same smart contract problem, they should not be worried about the transfer but it would take a time.
