Same problem. 3 days ago I withdrawal ETH from my Bitstamp account to my CEX account, but still no ETH in my CEX account. Already opened a ticket, but no reply from the support of CEX. Only automated messages.

I actually get the some problem, send money from bitstamp to Cex.io .. and nothing receive in my address ETH. They have to be added manually.
Can you solve this problem or send it to the right departement?!

Yes, my problem is solved eventually. It took for almost 8 days and the transfer is completed succesfully. If anybody encounters with the same smart contract problem, they should not be worried about the transfer but it would take a time.
