These "mining" services that force you to create a blockchain.info wallet, fund it and pass your wallet info to them are always a scam.

In order to fund a wallet (pay you), the only thing somebody needs is an address generated by your wallet... NEVER EVER give somebody access to your private keys, password, unique identifier, wallet file,...

Since you've asked this basic question, i'll give you some friendly pointers that relate to this question:
- Private keys are private, never share them, never share ways that can compromise private keys (wallet files, seeds, xprv, identifiers, passwords,...). Make sure you don't give other people unauthorised access to your PC so they can steal your wallet (don't install shady software, don't let an untrusted person take over your desktop with teamviewer or VNC,...)

- Stick to desktop wallets on a clean pc, airgapped wallets, hardware wallets or paper wallets... Don't keep your funds in an online wallet or exchange

- BTC mining is a business, you can't mine using a cpu/gpu/outdated ASIC or if your power price is to low... Cloud mining is allmost always a scam

You're not really connecting your blockchain.info wallet into their systems or leaking your credentials whatsoever; you're providing them your address for payouts. Nonetheless, it's still a scam, or should I say a losing investment since you'll never live to see the fruits of your investment due to their unfair system. Maybe 3-4 years back, you can actually make a profit off of these mining sites, but now with the current difficulty? It's impossible to even make a cent with such a small hashing power. If possible, stay away from these types of investment since it's a rip-off; they'll gain all while you gain nothing.

100% scam! Just ignore people that advertise it. You don't need to fund your wallet first before you want to start mining, he/they just want to scam you. After you fund it, then your fund will be gone. Be careful!

Yes, the time of public mining of BTC is over, now only the giants can mine, if you do it at home you just lose money one way and if you fall into these kind of traps you lose it another way.

Mining Bitcoin is not a scam. Its very profitable these days. If you want to mine yourself you need to buy equipment. I am not sure how easy this is for a person since you compete with large mining companies. However, you can connect to a mining pool. The other option is to buy cloud mining contracts. You will receive less profit but you don´t need to handle the equipment and you can make a smaller investment. But there are plenty with cloud mining scams. I would recommend to choose a well known cloud mining company if you choose cloud mining.

In fact its a Technical Wonder. Because it was the first cryptocurrency and they did not have any samples to refer to. In that scenario, the solution they came out for validating the bitcoin transaction is indeed marvelous.

There are alot of cloud mining scams out there. It could be some bad experience with them that make you think Bitcoin mining is scam.

Who asked you this? It doesn't matter now because you have posted this last year and I'm sure that you have already got your answer, However no one would ask you to fund your wallet if you want to link your address to your miner, I'd suggest that you should consult with an expert on how to mine with ASIC miners.

Blockchain mining is very legit man. What makes you doubt it anyway, do you know the number of people who depend on rewards from blockchain mining for a living. You can check up on the various blockchain networks such as ethereum and bitcoin for verification

Don't take part in any mining that requirers funding the wallet to start the process. It's all about sending money to people you don't absolutely know. Avoid it at any cost.

No, it is not a scam. Although there are companies who are doing scams.they are Bitcoin mining cloud companie
that provide excellent mining services and show their mining farms too, located in different countries like China, Iceland and others.

I don't know about that particular one OP (is "bitcoin mining network" their name?), but see this old thread with good tips how to spot a scam/ponzi mining scheme:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=878387.0

And never send any money to some newly created website. Any legit cloud-mining business would likely have a dedicated, official or unofficial thread on this forum or other platforms + always google search the name and search for reviews.

I agree  with you ,  do not  entrust  your private key to anyone. Just like that one , that blockchain mining and  any other sites asking  about your wallet info. They are scammers. They will collect all your investment from your wallet.
