Hahahahaha what? Get your money back? Did you even think about what you're asking here? If you lose money or buying power in terms of fiat, then it's lost. You can earn it back by HODLing.

Hey guys: What happens when a currency market dies? Do you get your money back? How?

Nice question. very simple to answer so you are not making things difficult for me. Now, if the market dies it will not happen abruptly most likely the development will be a little bit slow so that you can still have the time to unload your hoard and take as much capital back as you can even accepting some loss. However, if you are not watching the whole thing then you can be caught by surprise so it will be good to stay updated so you can be alerted in case there is a death happening. Are you referring to the whole cryptocurrency market or a specific market for a specific altcoin? The caveat is that it can be so hard to foresee what can really be especially in the world of cryptocurrency where movements can sometimes go against the norms.

Treat it as a business if a business did not succeed will you get back your capital? Of course not.  That is one of the risk of trading or investing and you should know that before investing in something.

I do not know if some insurance may accept this type of  terms  but in general when the currency/stocks/coins dies so does your money.

Hey guys,

Hahaha, that's funny. This is more of an investment market than a currency market. If the market dies, meaning demand disappears or fades, the value of the investment (or the price of Bitcoin, etc.) goes down. If you're holding the currency that is going down in value than your currency loses value accordingly.

"Getting your money back" means selling your Bitcoin (or whatever coin you have) to some one else for a currency you prefer, crypto or fiat.

Understand?

If the cryptocurrency market fails, is it not the coming of a bear market? That doesn't mean that most tokens are going to be 0,

Then you will lose everything! Currency market is more of that investment, so if investment dies, crypto currency will also die with all your coins. You cannot get back your money anymore because every coin has no value. Keep on invetsing now while the market is still alive.

If the market die definitely all of the investments will die too.
You cannot get your money back for sure.

But don't worry as long there are traders cr cryptocurrecy will not die. there always a cycle of money in the world of cryptocurrency.
Besides we are already at the start of digital/virtual currency.

I think you should take your time to read and understand what the OP is about. Question that is being asked is if one particular currency market dies and not the whole crypto currency market.

Hey guys,

No, you will not get your money back. You will lose it if you are caught unawares and not able to sell off on time.

I don't think it's necessary to think about it, and as the world becomes more accepting of the blockchain, they will gradually accept the encryption money market.

market cannot simply die because people are always using it to buy and sell stuff but cryptos can however it still possible for cryptos to prolong their life and could probably stay forever because they are quite usefull in terms of buying ,selling , trading , mining ,etc. in short cryptos can be act as a multi purpose indespensible tool that can be used on both offline or online environments.

Hey guys,

What happens when a currency market dies? Do you get your money back? How?
The market itself works on the basis of liquid money that drives into their banks via investors. The market will die if we stop investing money into it. But it won't die immediately because there will be money from the old investment. This can be taken out if people only go for selling at whatever prices they could. This will create unidirectional flow which is outflow this time. This then will lead to draining of the market and finally a point will come where the market will become zero value or will die in you words.
But will it happen in practical basis? I think no, there is always sink condition maintained all the time. Mostly inflow of the money is always greater than the outflow.

Which money do you think you get back? And who should pay you? When the market dies you will sit on your worthless tokens. Same as in stock market when you hold shares and the company get backrupt. You will have to deal with your losses. This makes it so important to investigate before you buy something.
