Not that big difference between the two, 570 could go 29mh/s while 580 reached 30mh/s, if you are after on reselling GPU's later on, then 580's will be my bet, however if you could go for more shorter ROI, then 570 is yours.

Besides being slightly faster in ETH, RX 580 has more compute units and is better for dual mining compared to the RX 570. The RX 580 is about 100-150 MH/s faster on DCR. Sapphire Nitro+ cards have a bigger heatsink and better cooling than Sapphire Pulse, which is a smaller card with a closed shroud design. The Nitro+ also has a dual Bios.
