Just about to complete my mining rig with 2 vega 64 liquids and 2 nitro+ RX580's
are there any issues i should know about with having 2 different card types?

Its a bit tricky for vegas to make it work efficiently with lower temps and good hash, however, mixing with the above cards should work and should be no problem, below thread is a good read for Vega users with corresponding solutions and suggestions by the members how that GPU could be a best profitable GPU.
