Looks like this guy is one of these guys that steal someone else's youtube videos and adds ads on them to get adsense ad revenue basically doing nothing. I would report his video but I can't be bothered. I guess Youtube has already given a strike to his channel and demonetized it.

Anyway, Doug has been wrong in the past, he said he sold right when the bull run to $20k started if im not mistaken, not a good call..

Will it reach $120,000? yes and more, but we can't know when. My guesstimate is that it will happen within the next decade. 2024 will be a pivotal point for BTC due the halving, buy by 2020 we should see a massive increase compared to current prices.

Hopefully dude. Well i'm saying that only because at this point, it seems uncomfortable not just to a few, to buy in at 20k. It probably will take a long time before we can move on from the december-january fiasco that saw the price drop to more than 60%. But i agree. 120k may seem impossible for us at this point, but 20k seems impoaaible as well juat a year ago.

Too many speculation are coming out. I think this value is too high. There are so many hindrances on the way of bitcoin that can affect its value. But lets wait and see if this will happen in the future.

That is much more, for me the development of Bitcoin and also how to make bitcoin acceptable to all layers of society including the government becomes the most important thing. With the support of government then it can make the increasing of trust to use Bitcoin. Currently Bitcoin development is often hampered because there are problems on the government side, that is, some countries are banning the use of Bitcoin. It's a problem because it has dampened some investor confidence and disrupted their belief in Bitcoin's future. With the regulation and also permitted Bitcoin circulated by the government then Bitcoin will be stronger and growing.

It could reach that price easily but for that to happen a huge amount of the population will need to begin to use it as a currency and for that we need the LN to be operational and we do not know how long that is going to take and then we will need sometime for people to begin to truly adopt bitcoin so a price like that will not be possible at least in 5 years and maybe it will take a decade.

If the market cap goes up then it will be followed by its current value but we have to wait for a little bit longer before this can be finally a good view in our portfolio's or any bitcoin price tracking apps.

It will happen but it is not going to be that soon, the lost of confidence is not really relevant, it is not like bitcoin got exposed and a huge security flaw was found, everything is the same if the market crashed was because of the people themselves not because of bitcoin, people just invested their money without thinking, they were investing in an overpriced asset.

I think either this guy is insane, or the world's population is insane.

I mean... Why would we invest more in Bitcoin, whilst each of us knows there are far better cryptocurrencies. There are many coins which are cheaper, faster, more anonymous, are less dominated by Chinese ASIC-farms, etc...
BTC was a nice demonstration of what blockchain technology could do, but it's outdated. It has been 7 years since it first saw the daylight and I feel like we should drop it now. All of its current value isn't based on its functionality, it's based on price speculation.

And what does that mean? Well... Exactly what it sounds like: Bitcoin is in a bubble!

So let's say Bitcoin really reaches $120,000... That would mean there would be TONS of people apparently growing rich, but it's going down the drain after.
It could take a couple more months, maybe a couple more years... Maybe even decades, but it's going down just as hard as it initially went up. Sadly, that means just as many people will lose money on it, as there were who gained money on it.

I have nothing against Bitcoin or its creator, as it was revolutionary for its time. However, longbows were also revolutionary for their time, yet we don't use them anymore either, do we? It's time we switch to an other cryptocurrency.

Assumptions is not a guarantee that those people really do lost confidence in bitcoin or maybe it was just you. Don’t make those broad word without giving some proof or just a plain opinion. I don’t see or heard anyone who are complaining other than the newbies in bitcoin and that’s not counted for me as a legitimate when comes to cryptocurrency investors.
