The delay is not a negative news, you see bitcoin still continue to rise because by September this year they will make a decision.
I think the people really want the ETF to get approve so the SEC has to carefully study the application but I am positive it will be approve.

I doubt it will be in September. They can extend the decision until March 2019 and that is likely to happen. But yes, the ETF-topic is positive for the market because as long as there is no clear rejection there will be hope. I expect slightly negative reactions on decisions to extend the deadline, because many are not informed and seem to be a bit over-optimistic, but I don't expect intense down reactions until there is a clear "no".

How did you say that, it's not a scam project and they raised a good amount during the ICO, so I think they can pay for the listing.
That is their chance to prove the people who are still doubting in the project, so I believe they will take it seriously and we will see SVD trading soon.

Money is not a main thing in listing process but really working product and big and real community and users yes, so be more realistic, they already have not community and their product is a piece of shit and no one need it. And again they announced listings in two weeks, so will see, maybe i'm wrong, who knows.

i think so too, the SEC will delay it as much as possible and as far know it may be legally postponed until February 2019, not March. And clear "No" may dump the market very strong, i hope that it will not happen. But the clear "Yes" will make us really happy

If they really want to list in a stable market they'll have to delay it again.

Reason for the ongoing dumping: The SEC rejected the Winklevoss-ETF again. That wouldn't necessarily be a problem regarding the CBOE-ETF (that's the one everybody is waiting for) but the reasoning can be applied to all ETF's. With other words: The chance that the CBOE-ETF will get approved seem very low now.
