The funds were then transferred to this address https://etherscan.io/address/0xdddfd56655b67b97d5c403d491535f42df046e01 which holds all the FLOT tokens and it looks like all the contributions go to that address.

Ok, so the address 0xdddfd56655b67b97d5c403d491535f42df046e01 that holds 100.000.000 FLOTs also gets incoming ETH transfers. That looks better right now.
If owner of this address will have a good will then FLOTs will be re-assigned to owners, that means you, https://etherscan.io/address/0x05f731dd20abc629edd716a6f87e4aedc8ec848b .

A token is needed to receive a commission from each ticket sold. 10% of each ticket sold is distributed among all owners of Fire Lotto tokens in the form of commissions. Also after the completion of ICO you will be able to dispose of the tokens at your discretion.
