Purchase by clicking hereFeatures:Custom Check supportThis allows you to create a script on your server to check any aspect of that server such as free disk space, load, mysql connectivity, etc. The script just needs to return a json result with three variables, result, error_message, and response_time. The result should be true if the test passes and false if the test fails. We will log the data that is passed and send alerts according to the set notification list if a result false is detected or if it cannot connect to the remote script.
Multiple Check Servers With Automated FailoverWe have several check servers running in various datecenters around the world. Checks are run in rotation to ensure each site is working from multiple locations. If one check server goes offline or is unable to connect, the other locations will detect this and take the check server out of rotation until it is detected as back online. Multiple checks are run in parallel on each check server using a beantalkd queue and multiple worker processes.
SMS AlertsWhen an alert is triggered you can choose to have the system alert you via text message to most cell phones worldwide! Instant notification where ever you are. The default package comes with 50 messages a month included, buy more whenever you want!
API AlertsWhen an alert is trigged you can choose to send an alert via a third party API. Currently we include support for HipChat, Campfire, PagerDuty, Boxcar (iPhone push notifications), and a generic web hook which allows integration with just about any third party software.
Notification ListsSetup a list of contacts and set when to start alerting each contact, how to contact(email or sms), how often repeat alerts should be sent, and how many maximum alerts should be sent. This is great if you want to alert your server or web technician about your site being offline!
Advanced ReportingCheck statistics are stored in the database and you can view recent detailed check long information. You can also generate custom uptime and response time reports.
Customizable timeout and retries per checkYou can set the number of times a check should be tried and how long to wait for a response before marking a check as failed.
Checks as often as every minuteThe default package comes with a maximum of every 5 minutes, but you can set each check to 5, 15 or 30. If you want to have it check every 1 minute we also offer this for a small added fee for all servers in your list.
