Any idea how long its going to take?
You have paid 100 sat/b which puts you somewhere in the 4-75 block range. This means it will take up to 75 blocks to confirm your transaction (without acceleration).
It takes about 10 min to mine a block, which leaves us with ~12 hours for your transaction to get confirmed. I have no idea why it hasn't confirmed by now, maybe you could try to rebroadcast it if there's no confirmation in a couple hours. The only thing that comes to my mind is that what is 75 blocks now was much more yesterday. There were more transactions in the pool and yours was stuck in the x-infinity range.
