The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

Wait, you want an interest-free loan?

Yes, could you clarify terms/incentives why folks may want to consider this? If lenders are getting only 0.25 per 10 BTC, it may be difficult to fulfill the amount...

I agree, 2.5% is not attractive at all.

Could you also clarify what this means:
Quote
Lenders will be repaid by NASTY MINING's 25% share of NastyFans' donation distributions.

How are those funds generated? If its mining related how many MH/GH are 25% of the shares?

BTC0.25 isn't bad when you consider the first lenders will begin being paid off after a week or two and I have a rock solid reputation.

The hashing power currently generating the NastyFans distributions is around 300GH/s and there is another 300GH/s on order.

EDIT: Sweetened the terms to include, "Lenders not repaid on or before September 20th, 2013 will be offered an additional BTC0.25 tip."

So is it every BTC10 gets offered these "tips"? If someone put in BTC40, they would be offered a total of BTC1 upon a successful order?

When does the 60 day counter begin?: from when you get the funds? place the order? receive the unit?

Will payback be weekly, coinciding with NASTY fan distributions? or be a completely different schedule?

When will you start to repay the loans?

Originally I had intended it to be BTC0.25 per lender, but per BTC10 seems more fair, so we'll go with that.

Lenders not repaid on or before September 20th, 2013 will receive the additional tip.

Payback will be weekly with lenders being repaid in the order they sent funds.

Payback of the loans will start ASAP.

Yup, that's my From Havelock address.  Not sure why bitcoin-qt did that.

I issued sendfrom <Account name of Yogafan> 1H5HhKAsGYDVbYScTGWW5UvSDcDZXxp1qL 10 in the console window.

I can provide you with the transaction id if necessary.

I still suggest getting a signed message from the senders address. Maybe (I'm not saying Yogafan is not telling the truth) just didn't come online yet.

@Yogafan, maybe sendfrom does not work if the amount you typed in does not reside on the specified address.

I even went so far as to move the coins from one "account" to another to ensure there were enough coins.  It actually kicked an error when I tried to send from that account without enough coins.

I did some research (I Googled it) and apparently with windows bitcoin-qt, the "from" address is assigned arbitrarily by some sort of coin selection efficiency function within the client.

There is literally no way (that I can tell) to make bitcoin-qt send from any particular address.  It likely sent from my "havelock" address due to receiving coins at that address from a large sale I made a few days ago.

I have zero experience using any other wallet app.

I'm open to the signed message idea. I don't know how to do that.
