The future of ripple is really bright, as it is a digital currency that is already being used by some major banks throughout the world, with more and more major banks ready to jump onboard. It is instant in sending and receiving money through banks anywhere on the globe at minimal cost and It truly has great long term potential.

Well you know, when a people stop using bank cards and debt cards and start using cryptocurrency a banks are loosing oodles of money. They're interested in taking their audience, their clients back. So all the banks (if cryptocurrency gotta be more and more popular) will surelly jump in the boat and use Ripple services.

XRP has very little value when their competitors can offer the same exact services without the need for a native asset.

Ripple’s core competition are the new breed of ‘permissioned’ blockchains that have been developed by Hyperledger, JP Morgan and R3 Corda. These blockchains do the same things as Ripple, offering to trade financial assets on the blockchain without high costs.

But what Ripple’s competitors realized was that they could offer transactions without any fees by utilizing identity management in their blockchain service. This makes sense, as even Ripple designed the concept of ‘Trust Lines’ so that banks would only work with organizations they had previous relationships with. The permissioned blockchains just took this a step further and focused only on these trusted relationships. Without the native asset, of course.

The problem with XRP is that it’s not enabling any new features, but adding an additional cost that the competition does not have.

That's my guess too, Ripple will probably find it's place, not so sure about XRP. I think most people just get the elevator pitch of Ripple and assumes Ripple + banks = moniez

Ripple bumps to 80 cents per coin in fiat value. It is obviously best bumps from the past 1 year in the marketplace. With in 24 hours price bumped more than 44 percentage. If the XRp goes like this it may beat the ETC value soon. I do not find the more people mining the ripple.
In future that will also recovered and we will find the ripple third coin in the market place in supply for more than 5 years from now. I assume this by checking the supply and increase of buying rate on ripple. Now ripple also turns as a demanded coin in the market. Better but it as soon as possible.

Yup, people fail to understand that XRP and Ripple have difference. Ripple is a company that offers banks software solution, Ripple Connect and that software does not need XRP. XRP is an option but right now banks are not using it. Thus, I don't understand when Ripple makes a deal with a bank, why so much fuss about XRP? People here in cypto fail to see the real use case and put money in half news and rumor.

Ripple has fastest transaction speed of all blockchain based crypto currencies out there. This advantage could really help for merchant adoption. You also have to view it from an developers point of view. The whole system is Python based. This makes it very easy to implement. I am long term bullish for Ripple.

Let's say it might hit 2 USD very soon... and yes, It is most definitely a good coin to hold long term. It's transactions are quite faster compared to other altcoins even bitcoin. I am hoping that coins.ph will soon introduce Ripple to our folks here.
I bought ripple for $0.025 and sold with 2x profit. I guess that was a pretty stupid decision, as the next day I saw it already going another 70% up. I don't know, I suppose ripple has good chances of going up eventually, but I really don't like it being sort of a traitor of the realm of cryptocurrency ideology of decentralization. That's why I consider it only short-term. Perhaps it's wrong to take cryptos personally, but I do and I invest only in those which I like and believe in.

The future of Ripple seems very promising, it's on a hill climb right now and on it's way to $1.

kore and japanese banks started coin transfer tests.I hear that everyone is serious about this coin, but remember that it is 38 billion tokens. it's impossible to pass $ 2 in the meantime. The marketcup is worth $ 300 billion right now. so for $ 10 it would have to ripple everyone out of all the coins. but remember that marketcup was watching $ 100 billion more than 2-3 months ago. The crypto world is growing fast, but it's really small now. only 20 to 1 of the money in circulation around the world. As the crypto world grows, the value of the coins will also increase.

I like that Ripple is a distributed network, that is, transactions occur immediately throughout the network, and since this is also a peer-to-peer network, it is not subject to systemic risks. Nobody owns or manages the Ripple protocol. Since there are no critical points in decentralized networks, they are more reliable. And for the crypto currency this characteristic is very important. For me Ripple is an example of a successfully developing and reliable project. Investments in Ripple are long-term, however, if you invest in large sums, even in the short term you will get a good profit. The price of Ripple will grow. Overall, Ripple is a suitable facility for long-term investments.

One of the best answer I have ever seen. Indeed any new projekt/ico should learn from them. Event when price went down and down they never stopped and were signing new agreements. We will see this coin someday at 1st place.

It seems to me that the price will be around $ 1. For banks, it is advantageous for the rate to be one dollar. Accordingly, there will not be such volatility as in bitcoin. Just a good stable crypto currency is nothing more.

I've just bought a few Ripple since I'm convinced with my friend and cousin's decision to get into this thing. There's no doubt that Ripple is going to be big because it will be added to Coinbase, which is a huge plus for Ripple holders. I cannot predict the future of Ripple though, but it's one of those cryptocurrencies that I am looking forward to grow in more months to come.

At first i was little suspicous about Ripple i have to admit that but now i'm sure great things are ahead for Ripple. Soon it will be recognized by very important companies we will see Ripple in a better condition. I believe there is still time to catch the train.

Ripple is just going up and up, what is the future of ripple. I heard a lot of banks around the world start accepting it.

What would be its price in future.

What I've heard is that the banks are very interested in the technology behind ripple, but don't really have a real use for the token. It's the same as bitcoin, they usually say they like the blockchain but not bitcoin. I don't know how ripple would work only as a technology, maybe it would act as some sort os shares for it's investors, or maybe you would get ripple s you used the system, just like it happens with Monaco or TenX. I think Banks don't want ripple as a currency for sure, and I think it will be the same for stellar for example. The interest is of course appreciated, and the price has been increasing because of that.
