Hey. I read the article, I spent time on it. but the article wrote so amateur that in the end it became unclear to which audience this text. we are an audience that has a little sense in the crypto currency. and this article is written for fearful investors, so that they do not invest in the crypto currency. all built on a strategy of intimidation.

I read the article and it offers nothing new in comparison to all the same arguments we have read until now. "There is a lot of speculation surrounding bitcoin.", well the same applies to every single financial instrument, get over it. "You may lose your coins if they get stolen from your wallet." Really now? So I lose my money if I lose my money? Never heard something like that before.

I think most of us more or less knew it when they start bitcoin journey.
However, the current bitcoin price is high.. the bitcoin bubble may burst anytime.
I know some may not agree with me, but then.. my 2 cents though.

The article lists out merely some warnings which comes along with bitcoins. It is nothing like dangerous. Bitcoin can be much more dangerous in many other ways. Way that the market's aggregate demand and inflation/deflation cannot be stopped. It gives rise to an all new black market. These are the real dangers of bitcoin which we people are not really caring for.

Most people doing those articles state the same thing as the other writers on the news websites. Bitcoin is much different from the Tulip scenario.

Bit coin a crypto currency. There are some drawbacks when using digital currency. It can not be said to be completely dangerous.Bit coin does not belong to any country government or any company. It is true that a Bit coin is stolen or can not be repaid by default.Bit coin investments should be well-studied and then invested. If not, there will be a big loss.

Well, this is something that newbies should really read before investing into bitcoin. But even so, these are just some risks that we have to take in order to gain a decent amount of money if we will only be wise enough in our investments. There is nothing in this world that you could earn a huge amount without taking any risks. We have to deal with all the dangers that come along with our investment and do everything we could to mitigate those risks to prevent our investments going to waste.

Well I can see danger everywhere i.e. i am using computer and i know it's harmful for my eyes and my body (specially back pain)... I have car which can be accident one day, i'm breathing and i know air is toxic which hurt my lungs....

When i read the article I was expecting to read about new risks but all I found is just outdated information that people have been talking about since the appearance of Bitcoin.
Even more, some of the risks mentioned there can be considered as advantages according to traders.
either the author is just a novice or he is trying to attract visitors by using such title.

Dangers might come from yourself or from political forces. Yourself, meaning it is in your responsibility on how you hold your Bitcoin just like holding fiat money. In political forces, it can be the banning of Bitcoins due to misinterpretation of being a scam or the government simply doesn't like the cryptocurrency

bitcoin is a disruptive technology but not for that is meant to be safe. Around the world right now there are some concerns about the uses of Bitcoin:

Who is the legal back-up of Bitcoin?

If someone steal your wallet with your bitcoins inside, who is the authority that is going to act for that consideration? Actually, none because bitcoin is free of authority which is a good thing and bad thing also. For example, when Mt Gox. went to bankruptcy, no one took care of thousand of people which bitcoin was stolen (according to them) and the japanese governement, even that took actions against Karpeles and the company, wasn't enough to fulfill the situation.

My government banned the Bitcoin

I personally lived this situation. I live in Paraguay and I have friends in Bolivia, which tells often that the Central Bank banned the bitcoin, even with the situation that they can buy/sell bitcoins without any problems. I explained them that, even if they succesfully close some websites, they can't the bitcoin down.

A killer-app or technology like quantum computers.

This is currently a common argument because they say computers are going to be so smart, bitcoin is going to belong to a Quantum computer machine. I don't know very much about quantum machines except what I read at Wikipedia but the only thing I can say this argument could be true IF Bitcoin stop making upgrading and developing better ways to ensure the transactions.
