Under 'your account' click 'add DVD plan' I believe. |

These codes can only be applied to existing US accounts but if you're in another country i'll create a new US account that will work internationally.
This is what I did for fassade now im just waiting for his vouch.

For anyone looking for a good deal on netflix codes you can find them on bitmit.net. I was able to get one 12 month code for $10. There is escrow there to.
Netflixer has not responded in the forum or to my PMs. I suggest avoiding.
