I have setup a PPLNS Pool and its working fine, so you are welcome to join and spread the network hashrate.

I have set pool fees to 1%, 60 block confirms for fast payouts, and only 0.01 JPC payout fee to pay the actual transaction fee.

Each block needs 60 confirms to be available, so the faster the network mines, the faster your balance will be confirmed.
FYI: One confirm is another block found.

This coin needs more miners!!!

Going solo is the same thing for confirmations.. You will need new blocks to confirm your solo earnings too!
Its not the pool doing bad, its the coin not being mined at all

Someone has just threw ~900kh/s so that will help
