Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

Did you ever post a BTC address that you still control?  You didn't tell us the account name.

There was a password leak about 2yrs ago and unactive accounts were froze to stop the
accounts from being hacked. Chances are your account was one of them.

I don't know what these addresses go to, but you posted them for some reason. You might be able to
Pull off some kind of blockchain wizardy to find something you can verify your address. Goodluck!

These were payments to BFL via bitinstant...for equipment i never received and money i never got back. so the only way to unlock an account is with a btc address ? i Dont see how that makes sense since i never associated any of mine with it. I'm assuming they wont do a regular email me password reset ?

Thanks for the help btw!

This is the standard for hacked accounts because the BTC blockchain can identify your address.
Inside your wallet, with your address, you can create a message with todays date. Showing you can
still do that today with your address proves you are the owner.

You should  run those numbers through the blockchain to find the transaction history. If they can see
the address there, it coincides with the link I gave you.

I was just in your shoes, in this same situation, literally last week. Be patient. Do some digging
for the address. If you need more help just ask.

I most definitely do not have that BTC address anymore, i will message more mods to see what else we can do. Thanks again.
