Hey guys I put together a review on the Coss.io exchange, honestly I found it to be one of the hardest exchanges to navigate fluidly and with its low volume to be a very stagnant exchange . . nevertheless here's my video review messing around with some trades zen->eth->btc->zen on coss!

Hello, despite low volume and other issues, COSS experiences frequent deposit/withdraw issues too, several times I made deposits/withdrawals but not completed in time even with enough confirmations and in "Success" status on block explorer. Recently, I have requested three withdrawals: ETH, STX and BNT yesterday  but none of them completed yet, all are just lying and not reaching to the destination addresses.

Hey, Im testing this exchange so I´ve sent 1.6Waves to my Waves Wallet Address at coss.io that was on Saturday 16/12/2017, today Monday 18/12/2017 the waves amount hasn´t been credited to my waves wallet at coss.io

waves block explorer shows the waves amount already on my coss.io wallet address, so my question is:
How the hell it takes more than two days to credit a deposit? do you do this manually? Whats the pourpose of having such a huge team if basic functionality on the platform doesnt work?
Please credit my deposit or refund me!!!

As I write this post the block height is 798889 so it´s safe to say that the transaction has 2200+ confirmations!

Also what kind of exchange are you that on the deposit page you go by:

Your balance will be updated after we receive several blockchain confirmations.
This process can take between 3 and 6 hours.

You need to specify for each coin how many confirmations you expect in order to be credited, it just seems very amateur.

And yes Since there is no support ticket system I´ve sent an email to support@coss.io without response

You shouln't forget that COSS current platform is just a BETA and that a shiny new UI is coming very soon (early january). I do think it has potential, however it is trying to do a lot of things at the same time. Let's just wait and see.

hey I'm all for another rockstar exchange but an exchange isn't something I would really want to release a worldwide functional public beta if there are still issues -- you know? you're not just playing with peoples time but also their money

This got to be the shttiest exchange after EtherDelta! I make a deposit of Litecoin and after 238 confirmations on the blockchain and 12 hours, my deposit was not confirmed and then they went into some stupid scheduled maintainance they didn't send message about!

I hope my money is safe

Coss will have new UI update soon maybe today or tomorrow. Yeah I agree with you guys, Coss deposit is very slow right now but I think this exchange is still beta so I think it's ok as long as they fix this issue as quickly as possible.

I just started using Coss since 10 days and luckily i didn't had any bad experiences. I could able to deposit BTC and trade ALT coins. I was buying bunch of COSS coins due to their road map and how they are trying to fix their platform, i am hoping they will have no issues nn few more weeks from their Beta version.

I never play with people time and money with Beta versions don't know why they took that step to begin with so horrifying, hop you all got your funds without any loss and wish Coss will succeed in what they are trying to do it will be huge with 50% lifetime dividend.

This just sucks! Transaction fees are high, speed is getting slow (in general)..This is the perfect combination to annoy traders! I mean, what else can you ask for, right?! Lol! I guess most exchanges' performance or services get poorer due to the massive transactions being made. This I think is understandable to a point. But it does get frustrating at times to be made to wait with the hope you don't get suckered with your transaction.

Yesterday I transferred ether from Binance to COSS and it took around 10 minutes to show up in my wallet on coss.

It took me ~10 minutes to deposit ETH and I like the icon(next to ETH icon) showing that transaction are waiting for confirm.
And the UI very friendly for me, the point I don't like here is the way It toggle sell and buy button when I made the order.
Btw, I think this exchange will be a good investment.

I used COSS a few times with a few hundreds of bucks and without problem, even those transactions weren't too much slow, so hard to say if the problems guys above are occasionally or this issue is bigger. I will try COSS next week again and hope that all will be working fine for me
