Nxt, transaction costs, or how the market is crazy for stable ideas

the exchange price for Nxt, has skyrocketed recently in fact i started personally observing this token when it was at around 0.23 USd today its at 1.72 USD,

the reason i cared about nxt was its plattform with exchange a guy i know listed a token called Jinn with nxt,

nxt had a transaction fee of 1 Nxt per tx,

but that nxt is now costing 1.72 USD on the market, thats absolutely not nice anymore,

whats interesting about this is that, it shows us all how the market is desperate for stable projects, and how the market destroys with its overbuying the competitiveness of once stable projects,

what you you folks thing about nxt?

will it become competitive again?

competitive not with the weak competitors like bitcoin, litecoin or ethereum,

Coins that do not provide competitive transfer fees are destined to loose value. Bitcoin is now thriving because it has a great brand value and lots of pairs in exchanges, but other coins cannot afford to have high tx fees.

Coins that do not provide competitive transfer fees are destined to loose value. Bitcoin is now thriving because it has a great brand value and lots of pairs in exchanges, but other coins cannot afford to have high tx fees.

i know but the joke is that the greed of the market itself and the one of the speculants is currently jepordising the competitiveness of plattforms, if they cant adapt their tx, fees,

for example even waves had a tripelling of its tx, fees after the market trippled the value of waves up from 4 USD to more than 15 USD and that was recently withing 3 weeks between november and december.

as for bitcoin:

i doubt it will be capable continuing at all, this way, it might have a nice brand but the product is garbage, and only obsession with it is keeping it expensive, we might even see a dissolution from within when the top 1000 bitcoin holders that own 50% of all bitcoins will start silently selling them

Transaction fees are very dangerous just like the scalability problems. In the future, we'll be complaining about transaction fees very much in crypto transers for sure. We lost the order and I'm misssing the old times with low transfer fees.

I would invest in NXT but so many coins were lost from that hack on the coin exchange that caused the price to go lower...

I don't have a clue if the coins were sold or not.

well after i officially posted in this forum that the high price for nxt of 1.72 USD is jepordising its compeitiveness nxt dropped now down 0.62 USD, now nxt is more competitive, better for nxt but worse for many investors,

i bet there were some bankers form new york, shanghai, switzerland, frankfurt, london reading here, they dropped next then

the problem is that nxt, losts its competitiveness, due to the high price that speculants caused

I think that most of time the prices that grow rapidly, sharply have done it under the press of artificial force. They just were pumped. Such results couldn’t be consistent. These currencies are not worth to invest.

NXT price is clearly a hype is too high, in order to obtain IGNIS pay cost is too high, far higher than ICO to participate in the cost, so I don't think the NXT the following prices.
