Hacker stole my money, I need your help guys

My name is Alex I from Russia,this is my short story: 12.12.2017 somebody get the key to the poloneix exchange from my email and stole 2,2 bitcoins from my account, I have only address of bitcoin wallet of thief, and two ip’s(gess it’s a vpn). Help me guys cause it was me my family last money, and if can’t solve this problem... I seriously thinking about suicide.. is there any ways to find the money?.I will glad to any answers, thank you

Unfortunately Bitcoin transactions are final. There is no way to get your money back. You will hardly be able to do anything with just an IP, especially if it's a VPN.

You should have read all the threads, articles, posts,.. which recommend how to store bitcoins securely.
Keeping 2+ BTC on an exchange (without the need of having them there) is just ridiculous.
Email is a broken protocol. I don't understand why people think its safe. Only because it is used everyday it doesn't mean it isn't completely broken.
If you didn't had 2FA activated it was just a matter of time until your account got 'hacked'.
You can depict your situation to the prosecuting authorities. But getting your money back will most likely not work out.

Transfers, especially when confirmed, are final and irrevocable. After looking at the thief's address, the bitcoins are definitely gone.

Securing bitcoins should be taught here and reminders should be posted and bumped to serve as a reminder for those who forget how to safeguard valuables. Coins are money and they have to be secured in the same way you keep money safely. I have been posting here countless times, often like a broken radio, about the importance of storing coins in a wallet with private keys you and you alone know, own and control. Storing them on an exchange opens opportunities for predators, scammers and opportunistic thieves.

It's not just the wallet which must be secured and fortified with anti-theft tools such as 2FA, strong passwords and IP geolocking (if available) but also the device which hosts that wallet. No public WiFi, no third party keyboards, no apps from unknown developers.

Email accounts must be secured too. A strong 2FA system is just as important for email accounts. A strong and unique password should be used. Never ever secure your email account with a password identical to the one you use for Bitcointalk or other online wallets and exchanges or any site prone to being hacked.

Looks like the thief has been busy and did well with his thievery. Lots of inputs and outputs there.

Very sorry for your loss. Those coins are permanently gone. Learn from this expensive nightmare and try to rebuild your financial life in a safer and more responsible way. Don't expose your keys and email credentials to anyone.

Sometimes thieves can move the funds straight to an exchange. In such a case you could send message to the exchange and tell them your story. Can you prove that you owned them and did not sell them to the "thief"?
It has happened that an exchange has frozen the coins and returned them back to their owner.

But usually thieves would circulate the coins in many addresses and tumblers before selling them. And in such a case it can be quite impossible to track the coins.
For example how could anyone know with any certainty if the owner of coins change in a transfer from one address to another? Maybe the coins have a new owner who has bought them in good faith. (In my country that means that he can legally keep them.)

Support to known exchanges  as bittrex,bitfinex etc. Write about stolen money with proving evidences. If thief has account on exchanges there is little hope May Allah help you.

if hacker don't use coin mixer and sell it to you, then you're have "dirty" money and real owner can take them back. If you're right man, but you bought stolen car this is don't make this car "clean". this only means that you lost your money (then FBI or something take away this car)
