I want to transfer my Poloniex btc to Binance account,

Is it possible that I just transfer from exchange to exchange or is there any other way to avoid huge fee?

You can do it, if you want to avoid a large fee. You can convert your bitcoin into a doge and you can transfer it to another exchanger, because the fee for doge withdrawal is very small.

Yeah, choose some other relatively cheap altcoin and transfer your desired amount.
The fees are MUCH lower, and transfer will be completed much faster than with BTC or ETH.
