At the moment, none is safe.
We are waiting for the next wave decentralized exchange, Hopefully, it will give us a safest and honest to trade.

I see this happening next year, the old exchange would be phased out soon(eventually) imo.

I just saw an market where i saw some trades XMR > LTC.
So is that market safe or fake?
Does anyone have experiance with them? If you buy 1 ltc how much you need to wait for withdraw to ltc address?

All I can says is there is no safe exchange so far even they've been stand in this industry for a couple of years still hard to trust. But there is only exchange which I trusted it at the present time now that is Bittrex. Due to so far it has no issues compare to Poloniex

I have been trading with them for almost 2 years and I got no issues with them so far. The main thing I missed is that their mining pools. I used to mine scrypt coins using their pools earlier. But later they removed that option. I missed that a lot.
