1. dont buy the Risers 008S. The cables might touch the Fans of the GPUs.
2. Mainboard Asus B250 Mining expert is perfect. I have 1 and it rocks.
3. G4400 might be enough but i would go for 4 Threads. Like the Intel 6100
4. Nvidia 1070 to be able to mine ETH / ZEC and others or
5. Nvidia 1080 for ZEC
6. For the fastest ROI buy 1060 3GB
7. Expect 200 Watt per 1070 / 1080, with 1 PCI-E 8. The power consumption is definitly much lower but
    when new coins come you are rdy for it. Get the best power supply you can!
8. Check simplemining ! i tested it and its really nice and a fast and good setup.
    I had problems with my 1080tis on simplemining, but thats another story
