It has been so many different argument befor the sharia law has made, but I think it's all back to what do you with bitcoin,  if you do it in bad way which is prohibited(haram) well it's haram, but you can see we can earn some money with a lot of good things in bitcoin.

bitcoin is money. even when we use it in the real world, bitcoin must be in exchange with fiat. well, I think bitcoin is something obvious. Why does it even matter? lol  getting up from bed is a gamble itself, you can never know if some drunk driver is going to run you over that day or probably going to die in some other way, you're going on with your life hoping that it won't. Is life haram since it's, practically, a gamble by itself? You can't be cotton picking bitcoin uses like that, if it's haram, then it's haram.

Too much debate about this. indeed according to my own halal or haram it depends on the principle of each and also users. if indeed its use is wrong then it is included in the haram. but vice versa. what if the bitcoin case is used for charity movements?
