is this BTC wallet exist?

1. must support segwit
2. allow you to see private keys
3. allow to add / sweep private keys (paper wallet)
4. cross platform ( mac ios android windows)

the electrum is great but no iOS app.
Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

I don't see any wallet right now with segwit support. mycelium will be good choice but they are still not upgrading their wallet that support segwit..
I heard samouraiwallet.com will be good wallet for mobile with segwit support but they are only for android devices..
For now if you really wanted to use segwit supported better to use electrum 3.0 in windows version instead for safety..
But if you are using apple devices mycelium would be great choice but no segwit support..

Not with all your requirements.

Elecrum is by far the best wallet that has support for Segwit at the moment. But like you said, there is currently no iOS version available.

GreenAdress does have cross platform and support for Segwit. But it is a multisig wallet, which means that (AFAIK) you don't have access to all the private-keys.

Except that Coinomi isn't available for iOS, nor they support Segwit Smiley
2 seconds in their website and you would have seen that.

Armory is way more secure if you know how to use it, it's less user-friendly than Electrum. It has SegWit implemented, allows you to manage your keys and does support sweeping. For android, I assume you use it as a portable device, you don't need to have an advanced wallet like Armory, just use it to store small amounts of Bitcoin for doing micro transactions. Every web-wallet that allows you to see your private would be fine for that.
