Ask them for detailed history of your account? this should not be any problem if it is then they cheat you

I see your problem here. You gave them the wrong txid. You sent them the first txid deposit of the 0.39181261. So they answered you saying that the deposit was completed. Try to sending this txid which is the second deposit you made 3894ca631cfc632c85ac31701e4b299f0036922bb28473ce81fe80a42f0e0b4f (0.029) so they can confirm for you.
