Its not direct, but nobody will sell you 1 direct. You get 100% of dividends.

Can't you buy from Btct.co and request to convert to direct share?

No idea... I'll give it a try if the PM trade I have pending falls through. Of course I'd prefer make the trade with someone on the forums.
