This isn't a surprising result.
The GTX 650 is a weak GPU, by today's standards. On top of that, Nvidia's GPUs were not competitive options for mining until the 10-series was released, and perhaps the GTX 9xx series.
Cryptonight is also not an algorithm that Nvidia GPUs (especially older ones) are especially great for, in general.
The CPU is a mid-range ivy bridge processor, which is old, but still not too shabby. (Do note that for the past few years, GPU performance gains have {arguably} been quite a bit greater than those on the CPU side.)
Lastly, cryptonight is designed to keep CPUs reasonably competitive. While the rumor that mobile/laptop CPU-mining ETN would be feasible was largely BS, cryptonight coins remain an option for CPU mining.
The GPU is very old and slow. Don´t expect anything from it. You should get a new one if you want to do mining, minimum gtx1060 or rx570
I see. Thank you for your replies. I am thinking about getting GTX 1050 Ti, considering the electricity bill here in the PH. PH Miners would say GTX 1050 Ti would be the most profitable regarding with Price, electricity bill.
Would you agree on getting GTX 1050 Ti GPU instead?
