There is no news yet about the seconth distribution, a part from this they are working on the RWPoS algo, a reputation-weighted proof-of-stake. They should also deliver the whitepaper as well.

Actually sirx doesn't have initial price since this project build from airdrop system not ico project which has an initial price. i will say the current price is looks like initial price because always stable with current price now. Hoping the price going high again? who didn't want it, every coin we held in the wallet not only sirx definitely we always hoping on the best price haha

This is a good start and give a good insight on what they are actually doing, probably a hint that this project in not made up of thin air but could really become something useful on the long run. Looking forward to hear what is coming next
