We have NGO in our country and we need to create a coin using litecoin script wallet as well i want some block chain developers would like to pay some handsome amount i dont want ICO or something like that just a currency can be used for donation around Country.!

Is this request still open? I'm looking to support NGOs around the world, ideally those who are interested in using blockchain technology to make the world a better place.
