I am just holding as long as I could but if badly needed, I am just trying to trade atleast with a single transaction to get rid of uncertain losses specially in this kind of market situation, It is important that we'll know wheb to trade and when to hold if we would really want to have a good gain in the future.

It all depends on how seriously you approach the matter and how big your deposit is, probably you will be very selective if you do not have much money to invest, but if you have a lot of money, then why not play with market.

It depends which strategy I am using. When using scalping strategy there are over 100 trades / day
as having small profit targets on small price changes. When profit target is met I close the trade immediately
and it can be 1-2 minutes after it was opened.

In my prime I was making several dozen trades per day, I would aim for about 25% of these to be losing trades (or more accurately I should say 25% was my tolerance threshold). I would then assume to make a 1-5% profit on the 75% of profitable trades which should outweigh the losses could be going EV-. Over time I have reduced the trade volume to about 5-10 per week, only putting mymoney on the big signals.

I do one or two trades a day on Idex, started this week but little profit. Yesterday also the market has started crashing so for today I am not trading at all. I don't do day trading, I like doing long term investment, in this way, I can avoid to be stress with what is happening in the daily circulation of crypto. If you do long term you will not be afraid of loosing your investment the next day but instead you can monitor the situation in the market.
