SCAMMED BY BTER EXCHANGE FOR $150, 000 USD - LITIGATION IN CHINA

What is the chance of success for litigation against the BTER Exchange to recoup my losses?
This Exchange simply seized all my 12.5 BTC following their (inside job heist) 2 years ago along with the theft from my account of significant amounts of alternative Crypto Currency. The company delisted several coins but did not permit the release and transfer to alternative wallets. They simply seized all funds. Please note that I suffer from serious illness (rare form of Cancer) and really wish to seek justice in my lifetime. Please share your thoughts.

Should I commence a Civil Class Action or go it alone?
