Please explain to me how the token behind it, no innovative technology or new and useful features can go up over time? Maybe I do not understand?

The IRA-Token is meant to be a HODL'ing Token, that you hold onto for a lease period of 1,2,5 or 10 years each with greater returns (returns to be announced). We keep 90% of the money sent to us for the Token locked up until the end of the lease period. Once people reach the end of their lease period, they receive the Withdrawal-Token (we will probably call it the Fiat-Token) which is the one which will be AirDropped to the community, and which will be able to be traded on Exchanges. Once the withdrawal Token/Fiat-token has been issued at the end of the lease period, the 90% that was kept safe is given to the company as revenue because we will have consistent monitoring of Exchanges on the website (coming soon) so that we can ensure peoples return at the end of the lease period. In the future, the Fiat-Token will be used to purchase good and services from merchants, depending on whether people want to HODL them or not. A roadmap will be provided closer to the ICO date.
