I am having severe trouble to buy bitcoins, my government here loves to make giving up on our fiat very hard, and the most easy way is to use international card or liqpay, but I am finding noone that accepts it.

Can someone help me out here?

Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!
