Hi, I received 0.003BTC yesterday (about $60) from I dont know where?

is there any way to find out where/who this came from?  I was not expecting anything...

Well, sometimes a person is tired and confused wallets. Be happy anyway to track them will not work, you can only send back if you are robin gud.
