I started an experiment on cryptocurrencies and I will be posting on this thread the updates.

As the title says the experiment consists of buying the top 100 cryptocurrencies by market cap and holding them for 5 years. I spent $1000 and bought $10 of each.

This just a good idea its like going back from the past five years that we should buy when its low and its available to hold. i think this experiment will become successful lots of top tokens are increasing their value in short period of time but for the next five years it will be huge profit. good luck.

I really enjoy these kind of experiments. I don't think it will work (crypto has passed that beginner era so you won't make millions by investing blindly,) But I think it will somehow show good coins..

I think looking at the coins he has: a million aint to much, who is to say just one does not push the limits of evryone that ever thought they knew something about crypto?

Interesting experiment indeed. It would be good to see which coins did the best based on their position in the 100. For example, 1-10 positions, 11-20, 21-30 etc.

I would expect the top 10 will grow by less than say 41-50 or 71-80, but I may be wrong. So it would be interesting to see. If you find one or more groups to be a lot higher you could be into something.

I will be checking back to see how you get on.
