All that's required is to import the private key into Bitcoin Core, then make a transaction to a secure address. Since you're talking about $90k, you need someone trusted, but you're in a hurry too, as you'll lose your money the moment fees drop.

Your incoming transaction to 1DCVZer3a9h2oWCHj778e9zWatseehD69g has a very low fee though, so you may have some time. But if you double spend, there's also a chance the attacker will do the same again. So whoever helps you, may or may not be called a thief after this happens. That makes accepting your private key very risky too.

Do what DannyHamilton suggests, but hurry!

Depending how desperate you are: I think you can use https://coinb.in/ to quickly sign Danny's transaction (and entrust your funds to Danny), but I would NEVER trust an online site with my private key.
