Which is kinda weird. Everything is measured in BTC. Which makes it the digital gold and bridge between $ (real world) anf crypto.

Well, it depends on the reason that brought bitcoin down, if it's another cryptocurrency then no they won't be going down, but if it's something that makes people lose faith in all cryptocurrencies then the whole cryptocurrency market would crash.

If for example eth on an exchange is measured in btc and btc goes to zero isnt eth then zero as well?

Yes you're right because people makes the bitcoin and any other cryptocurrwncies run. So people are the great factor why bitcoin will getting high and it will continually increase. So if bitcoin would never been use by people then cryptocurrencies would be worthless. |

This might be the case, at least initially. However, the technology behind it is here to stay. If for some reason bitcoin blows up, we will not abandon cryptocurrencies as a whole, because people have seen that the technology works and that it is useful. A world without cryptocurrencies is behind us. |

It will never go to zero, At minimum, you need $1000 to mine 1 BTC, so that's the least value I bilieve it could ever happen

currently we are not expecting any such reason which can bring bitcoin to zero. I am hopeful that bitcoin will continue increasing its price for a long long time, because the interest of the people is still increasing and still a very little number of people know about bitcoin, therefore bitcoin will continue increasing for a long long time. |

It all depends on what happens to the coins. If the network or the Internet goes down then there is a high chance that those coins will be worth nothing. |

Of cause, Bitcoin is used as a measure of all cryptocurrencies. Without it, the market will crash or will go down soon. But let's look at the fact that physical money or failed money has given some importance to Bitcoin on his growth so I think that is bitcoin collapse then either the physical money is going to affect as well or physical money is gonna hold the cryptocurrency market without Bitcoin. That will surely change the acceptance of new users in the market because the old fashion and old banking system will take over this markets soon.

Bitcoin at this point is completely useless. So if the trading pairs stop it will die. Its only existence reason is it has all the trading pairs and being the first. For that i honour it. But i dont see a point in buying it really. Ethereum is much more valuably in its use. I dont really believe in "coins" anyway. Other then a novelty.

In this case, the role of bitcoin will be assumed by the etherium. But I do not think that this will happen in the near future. I hope bitcoin will continue to go up.

Maybe all will goes to zero too because bitcoin is the first ever crypto and it is the most valuable crypto currency of all coins so it is considered as the king of crypto.New investors are sttracted by the bitcoins growth so think some other coins also will grow one day like bitcoin did,if bitcoin crashes everyone lose their hope on crypto currencies and all coins will also comes to zero. |

Many have little faith in bitcoin, It won't go down that easy unless there is something extreme happens to the world or connection between the internet, But for many years of existence it becomes higher and popular and nobody ever successful in destroying it, Many have made their bitcoin lost in purpose but nothing happens to the price of bitcoin, Many have failed and right now just try and savor the value of bitcoin.

I don't think it is possible. Here we are talking about a crypto currency which is expected to be the national currency in the coming years. Bitcoin really has a positive and bright future.No doubt a drop of 1500$ has been seen in it's price within a day but there are some valid reasons for that drop . South Korean crypto currency exchange was hacked last day that's why they stopped trading which effected the price of Bitcoin. Bitcoin is volatile in nature .Everytime their is one or another reason for a drop but it always recovers and rise.So it is not possible that Bitcoin will become zero.

It wont go to Zero at all, because there is no reason that should make it go that down. The other cryptos will also not be worthless because they will continue to grow rather the going down. Your "if" is full of negative energy for us the community of the crypto currencies. The ones who are investing in the cryptos will continue to invest in them for long time. There can be some possibilities of it going down, and that will only happen if there whole countries start to ban the keeping and usage of Bitcoin. However, it sin't gonna happen any soon for now. Even, if the whole world started creating their own crypto currencies, they still wont be able to stop Bitcoin's growth. |

If the BTC is 0 it is that it has been replaced, or while everything is collapsing so in this case nothing would be weird

Considering the awareness bitcoin has gained so far, the concept, the potentials and innovation of the currency, it will be very difficult for it to drop to zero.
Dropping to zero would definitely mean that the currency is of no importance.
