It is a very optimistic forecast as if PGX would increase like BTC increased in 2016 or 2017. But it could happen. What is more this coin is based on the company’s activity. 400 times jump in price in two years is real even for a usual non-crypto companies, so the forecast is not too optimistic

This ICO doesn't smell good, some obvious red flags:

No dev team in the whitepaper, nor website. Referal system for ICO and lending program follows a pyramid multilevel scheme. Main focus in great gains. In summary, stinky and No added value to the crypto-ecosystem.

what I thought also but double checked quite a few ICOs  and almost all ICOs initially do 1 year and all extend eventually; this originally was a red flag for me but overall most people I respect online back this project up.  Good rule that i've learned is to look for Caps of 25-90 ideally sweet spot 30 and these have big upsides.

Are talking about PagareX or Harmancoin? If about the first, then I would like to say that I trust it. Do not understand ‘do not participate in projects with strong advertising’. Why? You mean it’s like a trick? What about terraminer, that has really a strong add campaign for several rounds and has already working business?
