Transaction Fees and Transaction Performance

Well, the transaction fees and speed right now is considered as very bad situation for bitcoin, because there are people trying to make bitcoin looks bad by spamming the network, and all exchanger boycotting the segwit implementation, and some exchanger and big name shifting into other coins. These same people are the people who wants to make bitcoin centralized and not to mention there is already a country that has a big miner of bitcoin.
The best thing to improve this situation is to implement the new things to the block, like segwit which been declined by exchanger, and maybe other things like lightning network and maybe bigger block size like some coins technology.
