Hello all,
I currently only have a small rig going with 1 x 7950 on an old motherboard with 2gb DDR2 RAM. I was wondering if I wanted to add another card will I run into memory problems? I mostly mine Scrypt coins which I read are more memory intensive. Is there a way to measure actual RAM usage by the card?

I sell Bhut Jolokia "Ghost" Chili seeds and other hot pepper seeds for BTC. PM me for details.

The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

Not too sure on this.  I have read conflicting things.  I read you need to have 1/2 the ram that you do video memory.  I have rigs with five 7950s and 8 GB DDR3 but they only use about 2 GB total.  So really I dunno.  But ram is so cheap these days I wouldnt worry about it.  If you end up needing more just go buy some.  Its cheap.

You shouldn't have issue running another 7950. Running 3x 7950 and XMP miner is using 1.45GB RAM.
