Transferred Bitcoin from Binance to a Coincase BCH wallet.
Please Help. Binance shows as completed.
Coinbase I cannot get in touch with..
Willing to pay just to get my money


I have the Transaction ID and the label etc.
can someone help me

No one can help you except Coinbase because they have the private key of the BCash wallet and they won't give you .

They have to do it themselves.

Ah, that seems very sad, but unfortunately you can not do anything in regards to that transaction yourself. Although, I am not familiar with the transactions of the Bitcoin cash but still if your follow the steps that I provide then you might get success in receiving your transaction. Firstly, try to contact the help/support team of the Coincase, and explain them the problem in detail. Only Coincase can verify that if you received your coins or not. Then. you should wait for some time, and even after waiting nothing happens then you should retry to contact the help/support teams of the both sites and explain your problem to them.
They will most probably solve out your problem.

sucks because they do not respond....have called and emailed and support them on every social site there is.
