Hi

I did buy new antminer T9 12.5 Ths from bitmain.com. I received the miner installed and configured.

The miner is working only 8.24ths not 12.5ths as it should. I did open a ticket at bitmain but the only answer from them was to return the miner for repair.
But taking miner back to bitmain it will cost me since shipping from my country cost and it is also a lot of time.

Anyone have an idea what could I try or troubleshoot with this miner without opening to avoid warranty.

Here are the screenshot of the miner working.

I did try to reset to default settings and update the firmware still the same problem.

Here is the log of antminer kernel log.

Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.
