Oh wait, you are being silent about everything.
No they are not. Their new paid PR has been pretty active those last days, actually.

And not only in this thread...

My anger against what is wrong in the Bitcoin community is productive:

Oh, wait a minute. (Lightbulb)

Could it be they are going around the customers with the MPP agreement?

Did Batch 2 get an MPP [included]?

No, it was something you could purchase separately.

I received a HashFast Baby Jet yesterday. I'm not sure whether to be happy or upset. One one hand I'm glad my hash rate is +425 Gh... on the other hand I look at how much BTC we paid for the miner and want to puke.  Roll Eyes

Order # 973 by the way

Yep. They sent it before I could get a full BTC refund request in. I had mentioned in their last email about refunds that I would be contacting a lawyer because Simon Barber promised full BTC refunds, which was one of the reasons I decided to buy from them. I guess they thought they better ship that thing fast before I did so...

Great news for Team HF. On Feb. 1, a Saturday, when they head to their Fedex store to ship more Batch 2 packages, they could walk a half block away and attend http://www.eventbrite.com/e/everything-you-need-to-know-to-build-a-great-team-registration-9740621461?aff=es2&rank=25&sid=ebb4399182f211e3a21912313d225df9

Yep
So that's equivalent to a USD order, in their eyes, I guess.
No Bitpay order was "offered" a forced refund, right?

When was that? Have you somehow missed the (arbitrary) 15th of January deadline for demanding a refund?

So they are shipping if you paid in USD or if you are threating them of asking for BTC refund. Sorry, i missed that.

No, they seem to be shipping USD/Bitpay orders, and force USD refunds on BTC ones (even those who asked for full BTC refunds).
Probably what their lawyer advised them to do.

My order number is in the 600s (top 125 in the order chain of batch 1).

I paid with BTC at bitpay.

I did not request a refund.

I never threatened legal action.

I did not receive my miner or even a shipping code yet.

HashFast is so dirty.
