you may as well let them run away with your money.
I would really love to have the data HF has about the % of people who agreed to a USD refund and the % that actually sent a certified letter demanding a proper refund.

I would love to know the % of refunders who paid with usd vs btc.  My guess is so far it as predominantly been usd-ers.  I can't see any btc-ers willing to take a 90% haircut for HF.

still no answer from scamfast.... anyone's lawyers looked into criminal filings since they are holding our BTC/Fiat hostage

Have you filed complaints with the AG and others I provided all the info for weeks ago? Has everyone? Really, if you can't  be bothered to do something as simple as spend five minutes bringing this to the attention of the authorities, you may as well let them run away with your money.

Yup, filled ftc, AG, FBI online fraud, contacting Interpol on monday.

you may as well let them run away with your money.

I asked for a full refund of btc

I wasn't specifically aiming that at you, mostly trying to get people to keep seeing that and making complaints.

What was the status at their CES booth? Did they ever man it? If not, I wonder where they got the $10K to purchase the spot. (think about that for a sec)

Rumor goes that they manned it for the first day only and they left on the second day. The guys next to that booth were aware that HF has a "a lof of angry customers", so that could be the case for them deciding to leave.

My anger against what is wrong in the Bitcoin community is productive:

Im a Batch 3 customer, and they said that we would at least receive that s h it   mid-late January, now i see they lie everything on twitter by packing up and ready to ship. i mean what are they thinking by making photos by that, giving the customer a false feeling and then announce later that they arent ready to ship the first hardware jet for batch 1 customers. Men really give a good feeling for the batch 2 and 3 customers.

Hope they give my refund back if they cant deliver it arround mid-late january, now i see on their terms that batch 3 will receive it garanteed 31 march like batch 4. I mean never had read this when i order it on 21 november.

What now for all the customers that have order by HF ? Must we wait? They havent react for a while.. also not beeing update anything nothing and also on e-mail no any response?

Do they called them proffesionals?

They let just any scammer have a booth at CES? What does one have to do to present one's wares there?

After putting down $10k for a booth and sending employees down to Vegas, they couldn't even rustle up one working Baby Jet to bring to demo?

Doesn't make any sense, right? Actually, there is one single case where it would make sense (and i'm not gonna say that because HF would sue me).

(but yes, i'm starting to be paranoiac, but i guess that it's fine)

They couldn't rustle up one because there is not a single one working Baby Jet in existence. Why is that hard to believe, it's plain obvious. Haven't you read ckolivas report that of three boards in single Sierra they've shipped to IceShill there was only one working, and that one was on barely par 420 GHs? The other two were broken. Their last revision boards are obviously faulty.

That one in three was working with laptop attached. There's no direct info about the BabyJet sent to LukeJr, but I've understood that one unit has time-divided periods of mostly not working and shortly working at 420 GHs. My understanding is that it also was not attached to RaspberryPI as expected but to a stronger machine. Do you call that "one working - gazillion to follow"?

From what i read the one Luke has is working... It did 400+ stable for 9 days or so, and something unrelated to it shut it down after that. That's one working, right?

I understood differently, but even if it was like that - you think it worked with RPi, as expected to ship?

Luke unit, by his own words, was a sample one.

Yes, my mistake/misunderstanding: the unit I received is apparently an engineering sample.

I asked already if that was the unit he paid for, but no answer, as usual.
