Rumor goes that they manned it for the first day only and they left on the second day. The guys next to that booth were aware that HF has a "a lof of angry customers", so that could be the case for them deciding to leave.

Lovely Cara presenting her wares at the CES booth.

It looks like she's imagining a Baby Jet there.

Luke unit, by his own words, was a sample one.

People are often missing the fact that all those samples were attached to the laptops. KnC had problems putting their miner of similar strength on BeagleBone Black, which is much stronger machine than RPi, with memory leaks getting critical and resetting the Jupiter, etc. God knows what's happening with that HF driver on RPi.

I understood differently, but even if it was like that - you think it worked with RPi, as expected to ship?
Why not? What mysterious kind of computing power is needed to control those things? If a computer can do it a rpi can do it...

My anger against what is wrong in the Bitcoin community is productive:

Not exactly, see my post above yours. Take a look at MinePeon thread for problems they have with miners with much lower GHs rate.

I remember back from the early days that they said that they were able to make a rpi run something like 7 sierra (or was it bj?)... I guess that it was a simulation... But yet...

It looks like she's imagining a Baby Jet there.
As we all know, it didn't go very well with their ASIC products, so they decided to switch the production to action figures. You can see Eduardo-doin-the-Flamenco to the left and Sad Simon (a.k.a. All went tits up! Why?) to the right.

I'm probably breaking my NDA now, but rumour says, your order can be refunded in exactly these action figures and in the SAME quantity you paid in BTC.

me wonders if lovely cara has the same curiculum vitae as other members of the hashfast team    Wink
She at least seems to have the body for it and probably no problem to get a new job in this business after HFs liquidation.

This picture was NOT taken at CES, it was at the December Inside Bitcoin conference, it was in Las Vegas but not at CES.

Someone else also posted the picture with the water cooler leak clearly when they did get a sample machine shipped flown in and blamed the airline for the "bad handling" causing the leak.  Maybe that was one of the broken boards that IceWhoemver received in his Sierra and wasn't working. Wink

Sorry for the confusion. For me, as a long time follower of this thread and direct victim of the HF scam, it was clear that this fact and the picture were known https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=262052.msg3949584#msg3949584 and my sub-mediocre photoshop skills would make it clear to the rest.

If you can make one to work, you can make a gazillion to work.

Although HashFast has enough Golden Nonce ASICS for all Batch 1 orders,
Am I doing the same mistake as before? I don't think that they will complain about lack of capacitors and resistors as Avalon did...
