You might be interested in the IceDrill thread, they just released a audit report of their assets.  They were the largest single buyer of Hashfast Sierra units and they were supposed to be ahead of everyone with October delivery.  At any rate their report shows they have only received roughly 12% of the Sierras they ordered as of a week or two ago if that tells you anything about when you might be seeing yours...

I think we should save all the e-mails that was leaked by Hashfast, make a excel document, so we have a total summeray, from which customers are from batch 1 till 4 include e-mails and ordernumbers.

And put it online, for the ones that

- asking for refunds in btc / or in usd   ( batch 1 till 4)
- receive their rigs ( We will also count the days how much they are late) And te ones that already have receive it.
- waiting for their Upgrade +MPP

Not only gmaxwell but all of your current customers need to be dealt with before accepting new batches of orders. I am honestly surprised they would leave someone with such an influential voice hanging.

Seriously it is embarrassing that you have yet to address anyone with MPP/upgrades/disfunctional units/refund requests. I mean delays are one thing but going full BFL mode is another.

Lesson learned. If you don't people calling your company a scam, you probably shouldn't be scamming people.

The bitcoin mining ASIC business is not for the timid or incompetent. If one can't take the heat, one must get out of the kitchen. I think what happened is the HashFast founders had one of those "me too" moments and went head first into the fire without planning for the worst. Now they are left with a ton of delays as well as angry and unsatisfied customers. Quite a shame.

Cant believe that this moron Hashfast_CL promote his EVO boards while whole this tread is complaining. that guy is really disrespect us and diss up front of us. Promote but not give a normal answer. Exactly what they are doing now at the support. They now also do here on this tread.

That bunch of fools still must fix problems with batch 1, thats why batch 2,3,4 must wait longer while its not needed.

Hashfast is only playing with us, there is no querue for refunds, because its a mess, thats why they always have automatic answers. (Answers where you cant go further with it) Ignore the real question)

And cant not give you a specefic day, when my refund will be processed.  Instead of that , make the whole situation worser.. for everyone.

And look how much time everyone already have lost... and for people that have refuse and still waiting for their money.. because they cant deliver the rigs on time, plan-b : people asking their refund, and even if u want your money back , it takes fcking eternity... they fcked people at the moment they have right to ask it.. And oh jeah.. withdraw money from bank to bank or even International bank cost mayble only a couple of days before it receive? And bankwire your whole querue, you can at least withdraw 20 customers daily from the people that ask their refund.

And now still waiting after fcking 1 month and 5 days since my first request.?
