Has anyone else with a higher order than 2211 received their order yet or some notification that is even being dispatched?
this isn't a rhetorical question, i'm actually asking all members reading this if they can throw some light on this subject and let us know whats going on as hashfast is giving us nothing. we need to work together here.

Well at least I doubt he's making much anymore. Can't be many people buying from ScamFast now.

This is why they will have to move away from preorders, in favour of shipping in stock products...

If they ever do, I have a bad feeling that the early batch customers will never see any hardware if they haven't gotten it already....

Moving away from preorders is certainly a wise move to clear their reputation. No one would give a damn if they were to ship in 24 hours.

But, the preorder business is incredibly profitable, and they know it.

We don't have the actual numbers to know what would be more profitable between restoring their reputation or saying goodbye to preorders for the rest of their existence. I would love to have them.

Looks like the orders are going out of order. Some of the people receiving them did not order the upgrade kit and just ordered a BabyJet. That might explain it but what do i know. All their orders are screwed up anyway.  Smiley

At this point it's safe to say anything related to Hashfast is screwed up.

No Batch #1 MPP
No Upgrade kits
No Sierra (aka Batch #2)
No Sierra MPP

But you can pre-order the new EVO board, if you feel like another joke.

Quoting for people who lost it:

I will tell you why HF isn't shipping anything and i expect a beer tip at the end Smiley

HF isn't shipping anything because after adopting the BFL style of doing business now they adopted Avalon's style of doing business and they are selling customer's chip to third party hardware manufacturers. (example1: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=488646.0 and example2: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=519943.0) They get twice the money for the same chips Smiley So it seems that HF is learning very fast from past bitcoin mining businesses, but only the bad part.

I wonder if after they finish with Avalon and BFL they will go Bitfury and KnC style of making a big ass datacenter only for them.

I'm speechless.

If they deliver chips/boards to those 3rd party suppliers before any upgrades, batch2, etc have bee shipped.

They seriously have to go to court and be sentenced of fraud. And i think the chances wouldnt be too bad.

I'd really like to hear what a lawyer says to this situation. Basically taking pre-orders, not delivering and selling the hardware again.

Thats easy to proove and should be some kind of business-fraud i'd guess.

I have been thinking about this intensively during the last hour as well. I need to understand how breaking the forced arbitration and denied group actions points of the contract would afflict my arbitration, but i would love to see them being sentenced to what they deserve.

Bitter to better my ass.

Fraudsters, this is what they are.

I think he changed it one night when he had a dinner date with Ed Gel while visiting New York.

Barber: How was New York, Edward?
EC: Call me Eduardo.

I had a batch 2 order. I emailed them a few times, no response. They have apparently let my email address fall into the hands of hackers. I received some email today from echosign.com that is clearly not legit, but claims to be some refund form for hashfast.
