We shouldn't be surprised if HashF*ck announces soon that they have gone into liquidation.
Then you can dream about getting any refunds...

Maybe it's bogus, the dumbasses at scamfast did leak everyone's emails, but I'm not making it up. There's no reason to embellish scamfast's scummy behavior.

No you are not making it up, it's also posted on the HF blog

emailed them asking for direct answers. and a refund.

So, uh, Rascal... you were in here not long ago dismissing the complaints of people in earlier batches, making excuses for Hashfast, and saying that you thought choosing them was a smart move that you made.

Do you still feel that way?  Or would you agree that you were in denial, and that Hashfast wasn't such a smart move after all?

No, you are blinkered, I dismissed nobody. a lot of us have paid on a contract by which we should expect delivery of a rig ~31st march 2014.
I'm simply, patient.
So, since you ask;
I paid on a contract that if my machine does not ship by the 31st march I would be entitled to a refund. I made no excuses, but for my own order - which was under a contract which I accepted (I did not accept your contract on your behalf and how you conduct your own purchases is totally insignificant to me.)
Therefore I was not in denial. I was patient to the date of expected delivery. Your mental incapacity to understand my personal predicament, and relate it in idiosyncrasy to your own was your own choice at the time you read my earlier post. What you do is of no significance to me, nor is, how you construe my opinions.
So yes, at the time, i felt that chosing hashfast was a smart move, for myself.
Now? your point and argument is senseless. I have held to my side of the contract which I took with hashfast and NOW that they release information that they are unable to deliver, I will change my stance in the matter. I am not so naive or narrow-minded to sheep along with ranting and raving about orders not being fulfilled, while my own contract for that order was yet, in mid-term. Up until today, and on reading the information which hashfast have proferred, I'd fully expected hashfast to honour their side of the contract. This, also, is none of your fucking business. thanks.

Joe Russell walked us through Hashfast Technology's newest technology, their Sierra Evo, which features 3 of their Yoli Evo mining boards and operates at upwards of 2.0 TH/s. Their first batch sold out in the first week. But don't worry, their next batch is on sale now for $6,800, which will be shipped out in May.

That youtube video is just waiting to be commented, if they don't close/moderate them.

America land of free my ass. BFL ripped thousands of customers - dare to show up at Bitcoin conferences. HashFail scammed thousands of customers - dare to show up at Bitcoin conferences. I don't get it. People invested crazy shit money and got vaporware and lies, but they can't afford to pay a redneck 100$ to smack their smirk faces. No violence and no trial won(yet) against those 2 companies. I find this somehow sad. It's like an open invitation for more pre-orders and double and triple selling of mining hardware.

Scamming and lying company 1 - Out of money customers 0

This is somehow perfectly accurate. It looks like there to be a direct correlation between how big your order with HF/BFL is and how stupid you are/how little money left you have.

Of course, there are some exceptions out there to confirm this rule.

I'm not in a position to say. You'd have to ask de Gallo. I speculate that it might, if enough batch 2, 3, and 4 customers got on board.

In addition, HashFast will likely lose resulting in insolvency. New and existing customers will receive nothing.

And Garret will be recycling $1M per day for HF, to get everything out of the company before this happens.

Check this out got it today.

Options to Upgrade to Evo

Please note that Evo batches are not only manufactured faster than our first-generation boards, but are also built at a manufacturing facility separate from our first-gen Batch-2, 3, and 4 orders. And because we are able to produce Evo boards quicker, we would like to offer an upgrade to your order at no additional cost, with shipments beginning in May, 2014.
   •
For every 400 GH/s Baby Jet ordered, we will send you our Yoli Evo Mining Board as well as a power supply and liquid cooling system. This will get you hashing up to 800 GH/s, in an open configuration without the chassis (just bring your own controller).

For every 400 GH/s Baby Jet Upgrade Kit, we will send you a Yoli Evo Mining Board.

For each 1.2 TH/s Sierra ordered, we are offering to upgrade your order to a Sierra Evo Kit capable of 2.0 TH/s, composed of three Yoli Evo Mining Boards, chassis and three liquid coolers (just bring your own power supplies).

Shipping Updates

All Evo Batch-1 orders are still on-track for April, 2014, and Evo Batch-2 for May, 2014.

If you wish to take advantage of any of these upgrade conversions, please reply to this email with your original order number(s) and further instructions will be provided.

Thank You,

 The HashFast Team

Has this been posted yet? I just got this e-mail from HashFast:

Quote
Miner Protection Plan (MPP)

We will be shipping MPP after we have finished shipping to our Batch-2, Batch-3 and Batch-4 customers.  It will consist of Yoli Evo Mining Boards and should exceed the 4X capacity promise of 1.6 TH/s* of mining performance.  We expect to start shipping MPP in June, 2014.

JUNE!!!

That is ridiculous!

Since they will be shipping 400% for MPP will it take 400% as long to deliver?

Heres some fun/disturbing calculations:

Hashfast took 3 months to ship 550 units or 6 units per day.

Hashfast has 3 batches yet to ship and at the current rate it will take 9 months to ship those out.

Hashfast plans to ship out 9000 devices for MPP and at the current rate it will take 4 years to ship out after they finish shipping all batches.

That is ridiculous!

Assuming difficulty continues to increase at 15% per difficulty change and they deliver in mid-June, we can expect to make maybe 4 - 5 BTC from the MPP Sad.

Spot the differences.

Basically they are saying: Maybe it will ship in June, maybe it won't. Maybe it will exceed capacity performance promise, maybe it won't.
