I will add 1 BTC to that bounty for each hashfast executive(maggot) put in bracelets and escorted to a cell and charged for crimes against hashfast victims.

You not only insist that people should not sign the release, but at the same time claim everyone that has done so is an idiot. Yet you admit it`s been months since you`ve even read it. Do you even know if it`s the same release? The top portion of the latest release states you will receive the refund within 30 days of signing this release.

If the "top portion" of the release didn't promised something no one would sign the whole document, including the clauses that will part you and your refund.

Don't sign shit and sue them. Bring them to forced bankruptcy for what i care. 5BTC reward for that too.

Just FYI, 3 creditors totalling at least $15k can bring HF to forced bankruptcy and one of the advantages would be that HASHFAST EMPLOYEES WOULD BE LIABLE FOR WHAT THEY RECEIVED FROM THE COMPANY DURING THE PREVIOUS 12 MONTHS.

No, it is typical when creditors force a bankruptcy.    The receiver goes after all the money he can get and that includes any payments to directors or employees that seem out of the norm (and sometimes within the norm).

Naturally you won't be able to get what they self mined (40 days without shipping anything? please...), but that and the IP would be a start. We could get them out of the company and start accepting preorders again under a new management composed of existing creditors. That would be a real news for Bitcoin.

So, what are we waiting for, the hashrate to go to 500 PH?

So, the cable connecting into the power supply for my baby jet upgrade got fried into mush at the power supply slot. Glad no fire started, the machine just shut off. No idea why this happened, maybe the radiator got really hot and affected the cable that was resting on it? The other chip is still hashing from the original power supply slot #1, but slot #2 is fried. I'd like to leave the one chip hashing as is, with the defunct power supply (one side still works). But, for the upgrade, can I just buy a new power supply and run it outside of the casing box along with the radiator/fan cooling assembly out in the open? Or does it require some of that interior casing ventilation? Much appreciated.

Oh my! I'm too lazy to search through HashFail posts but i remember that they were bragging about this not happening and they were giving KnC as example. Such fail!

I had a Seasonic 850W Platinum on a KnC Jupiter (October) and one wire melted and the whole PSU stopped working completely.  So for my money now I get eVGA or Rosweill...

Just saying the parts HashFast decided to use all suck... The CoolIT guys told me at the conference that HF stopped buying from them they're buying the consumer CoolMaster which are not nearly as good.

Rosewill pretty good?

Decent but I would go with a better brand like Seasonic or Corsair.

I've been using HP DPS-800GBA server supplies for my miners with a Gigampz breakout board.  There a lot more reliable than my Corsairs which kept shutting off at random after a few weeks of operation.

My PCI-E Cable from the baby jet upgrade got fried/melted. I'm guessing the Seasonic 1000W for the baby jet and the upgrade isn't enough power, will probably need 1200. Guy selling one used for $280 but good condition. Hope it's not busted

this thread is so long! I am a batch 2 customer victim. the last communication I had was an Offer to upgrade The Sierra to their new boards for faster hashing but no power supplies included and an additional month of waiting. Should I accept that offer? Has anyone recieved a Sierra yet?

we need a site devoted to tracking the current status of orders, refunds, shipments, communications  and lawsuitS. any ideas?

I have some down time coming up and would love to get something online that would keep all posters anonymous for obvious legal reasons. Many of those involved in lawsuits are unable to publicly speak without endangering in their case.

hi toothpick, I'm pretty sure they started shipping batch 2 sierras already.
That would be a news.
edit: Indeed, it's news. They tell me that they started to ship yesterday?

My anger against what is wrong in the Bitcoin community is productive:
Bitcointa.lk - Replace "Bitcointalk.org" with "Bitcointa.lk" in this url to see how this page looks like on a proper forum (Announcement Thread)
Hashfast.org - Wiki for screwed customers

But, for the upgrade, can I just buy a new power supply and run it outside of the casing box

Did you already get that upgrade or are you waiting for one?

Any idea what his order # was? Mine's 1955 and I haven't seen anything from hashfail.
